Modern Sunset Rose Wedding at Kindred South

There’s nothing more timeless than a red rose wedding, but I always want to give my brides a modern and fresh take on red that they will never forget! When Madeline came to me, she wanted to put her own spin on a Fall Burgundy + Orange palette for her wedding at Kindred South and we hit it off instantly.

For her bouquet, we used deep red roses, deep pink protea, and orange ranunculus to create the Autumnal warm colors she was after. To freshen the look, we added blush carnations, blue eryngium, and white button mums. To complement her bridesmaid’s deep rust colored dresses, we designed mini versions of the bridal bouquet with orange tinted Solidago peeking through the colorful blooms. The groom’s boutonniere featured a deep red spray rose and a sweet blue eryngium bud.

To complement the hexagonal arbor, we designed 2 arrangements filled with foliage! Italian Ruscus, dollar eucalyptus, agonis cascaded together with red roses, blush carnations, and blue eryngium intertwined. It was the perfect Boho Sunset arbor of Madeline’s dreams!

For the reception, the gold leaf flecked cake was accented with orange ranunculus, burgundy roses, and Solidago. Together with the gorgeous icing work—it was absolutely gorgeous!
